oracle_eye, because they don't cover Vertigo stuff and such. Imagine my happiness to see Hellblazer and Sandman on your interest list!

For meta dealing with the Sandman universe, I'd strongly suggest friending

the_worlds_end.
Also,

gaimanfanfic is the "main hub", so to speak, for fan fiction - not just about his comic characters, but still, they make up a good deal of the entries.
Me, I'm specializing mostly in Sandman/Dreaming stuff and especially the Corinthian (http://lord-dingsi.livejournal.com/2006/05/05/).
And

kindkit deals with Marvel (X-Men), but also loves Hellblazer to bits and writes very eloquent reviews and meta.
Oh, and when it comes to graphics,

blue_phlox does some awesome Sandman art and

kyraille has just signed up for a fanart challenge choosing this fandom, so adding her journal to the comicstorewatch list might be a good idea.

I hope these are somewhat helpful and appropriate. Again, I'd be happy to no end to read about, or provide, some Vertigo stuff. :)
